Acceptance of Terms

By using VolleyWiz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

VolleyWiz provides volleyball team management tools including:

• Tournament and match scheduling
• Live scoring with real-time scoreboard overlays
• SMS notifications for team updates
• YouTube livestreaming integration
• Photo galleries and roster management

SMS Notifications

Consent & Opt-Out: By subscribing to SMS updates, you consent to receive text messages about team activities. Message frequency varies by team activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time via provided instructions (including replying STOP if available) or by contacting us directly.

Service Providers: We use third-party providers (e.g., Telnyx) to deliver messages; they process your data solely to provide the SMS service.

YouTube Integration

Authorization: When you connect a YouTube channel to VolleyWiz, you authorize us to create live broadcasts and streams on your behalf. This requires Google OAuth authentication with YouTube API access.

Your Responsibilities:

• You must have the right to stream content on the connected YouTube channel
• You are responsible for the content of your livestreams
• You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• You should not stream content that infringes on others' rights

Our Limitations:

• We only create broadcasts when you explicitly start a live match
• We do not access, modify, or delete your existing YouTube content
• We are not responsible for YouTube's availability or policies
• We cannot guarantee stream quality, which depends on your network and equipment

Disconnecting: You may disconnect YouTube at any time through the Livestreaming settings or by revoking access in your Google Account.

Live Scoring & Scoreboard

The live scoring feature and scoreboard overlay are provided for your convenience. While we strive for accuracy, scores entered are your responsibility. The scoreboard overlay is designed for use with streaming software and refreshes periodically; minor delays may occur.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data collection, use, and your rights.

No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Delays, failures, or interruptions in service
• Lost or undelivered SMS messages (carrier is also not liable)
• Stream failures, quality issues, or YouTube service disruptions
• Data loss or security breaches despite our reasonable precautions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service or attempt to disrupt its operation
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Stream content that violates others' rights or applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
