VolleyWiz provides volleyball team management tools including match scheduling, live scoring, SMS notifications, and livestreaming integration. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

SMS Notifications

We collect your mobile number solely for sending team-related SMS updates and service notifications you opt into. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your mobile data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share data only with service providers who help us deliver SMS messages (e.g., Telnyx) and only for that purpose. We retain your number while your subscription is active. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us or, if available, by replying STOP to SMS messages.

YouTube Integration

VolleyWiz offers optional integration with YouTube for livestreaming. When you connect a YouTube channel, we request access through Google's OAuth system. Here's what you should know:

What We Access

  • Channel information: We read your channel name to display it in VolleyWiz
  • Live broadcasts: We create live broadcast events when you start a match
  • Live streams: We create streaming endpoints to receive your video

What We Do NOT Do

  • We never delete your videos or any existing content
  • We never modify your existing videos, titles, or descriptions
  • We never access your comments, ratings, or community posts
  • We never access your YouTube Analytics or revenue data
  • We never post content without your explicit action (starting a live match)

Data Storage

When you connect YouTube, we store:

  • An OAuth refresh token (to maintain the connection)
  • Your channel ID and name
  • Stream key and RTMP URL (for your reference)

This data is stored securely and is only used to create broadcasts on your behalf. We do not share this data with any third parties.

Revoking Access

You can disconnect YouTube from VolleyWiz at any time in your team's Livestreaming settings. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data like OAuth tokens. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. To opt out of SMS updates, unsubscribe via provided instructions or contact us directly. To disconnect YouTube integration, use the Livestreaming settings page or revoke access through Google.
